Cookie policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains which ones we use and how you can control them.
We only use cookies that aren't strictly necessary if you agree, and you can choose analytics and marketing cookies separately. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary
These keep the website working and secure, so they can't be switched off. They don't track you for marketing.
- Cloudflare security cookies (such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance): help tell real visitors from bots and protect the forms from spam.
- Your cookie choice: remembers which categories you allowed, so we don't ask on every page.
Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. We use them only if you allow analytics cookies.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): counts visits and shows how people find and use the site. Kept for up to 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk and related): shows anonymized patterns such as where people click and scroll. Form inputs are masked.
Marketing (only with your consent)
These measure the results of our advertising and let us show our ads to people who have visited the site. We use them only if you allow marketing cookies.
- Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw and related): measures which ads lead to enquiries and supports remarketing on Google.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and supports remarketing on Meta platforms.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_*, bcookie and related): measures visits from LinkedIn and the results of our LinkedIn campaigns.
- If we start advertising on other platforms (for example TikTok, Snapchat or X), their measurement tags will also load only with your consent, and we'll list them here.
Booking calendar
Our booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. It loads only when you click "Show available times", and Google may then set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
How to control cookies
Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to change your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but some features may not.
